About Us The Brothers That Just Do Gutters Charleston, is a local veteran owned company that installs and maintains seamless gutters systems for homeowners across the Charleston, SC area. We're small, fast-moving, and growing — which means your work here gets noticed, not lost in an org chart. What You'll Actually Do Operations: Own day-to-day admin — scheduling, job files, inbox and phone management, keeping the business organized. Finance: Support the numbers — invoicing, accounts receivable follow-up, and working inside QuickBooks alongside our bookkeeping process. Sales & Marketing: Manage leads and customer records in our CRM, respond to reviews, help run email/social campaigns, and track what's converting. Systems & Tech: Work daily across QuickBooks, CRM, scheduling software, and AI tools — you'll pick up new systems fast and without hand-holding. Right-Hand Support: Be the go-to person for research, follow-ups, and special projects — whatever the business needs that week. What You Need to Bring Tech-comfortable — you learn new software fast and troubleshoot before asking for help. A strong communicator — confident on the phone and in writing with customers, vendors, and the team. A true self-starter — you spot what needs doing and do it, without being micromanaged. Detail-oriented — comfortable with numbers, invoices, and accurate data entry. Genuinely curious — you want to understand the whole business, not just your slice of it. Reliable transportation and the ability to work on-site in Charleston, SC to start. Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Experience with a CRM (HubSpot, ServiceBridge, or similar). Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to work faster. Background in small business operations, sales support, or marketing.
