Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a supportive behavioral health setting. This role focuses on patient assessment, care coordination, medication administration, documentation, education, and patient advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and provide individualized nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes or concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate and support patients and their families.
• Advocate for patients and promote compassionate, respectful care.
• Follow hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current NH RN license or Compact RN license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Behavioral health or office nursing experience is a plus
