HR Generalist Recruiter

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Recruitment and Onboarding (40%): Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline through various recruitment channels. Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and onboarding sessions. Ensure a positive candidate and new hire experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. Training and Development (20%): Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop training programs. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for new and existing employees. Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements. Payroll and Benefits Administration (20%): Process payroll accurately and timely using ADP or other payroll systems. Ensure compliance with payroll policies and procedures, including deductions, taxes, and benefits administration. Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits. Employee Relations and Compliance (20%): Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures. Support HR compliance initiatives, including maintaining employee records and ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations. Assist with offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and processing termination paperwork. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 2-3 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong background in managing a candidate pipeline 2+ years of experience in HR generalist roles, with exposure to various HR functions. Proficiency in ADP or similar payroll systems is required. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with multi-state employment laws and regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with 401K plan day to day administration This position requires regular and consistent on-site presence at our Georgetown facility. The employee is expected to be physically present 4/5 days per week.
