We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper with strong additional accounting and administrative skills to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have excellent experience with invoicing and Accounts Receivable and be highly organized, detail-oriented, and computer savvy.
Requirements:
- Strong bookkeeping experience
- Extensive experience with invoicing and Accounts Receivable
- QuickBooks experience is required
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Must have a valid U.S. work permit
- Several years of relevant work experience required
Compensation: Starting at $22 per hour , with opportunities for advancement and higher compensation based on performance.
Trial Period: Two-week paid trial period.
We are looking for someone experienced, reliable, and motivated who is interested in growing with our company.
