Job Summary
Physical Therapist (Inpatient Rehabilitation) in a healthcare facility is responsible for providing specialized therapy services to adult and geriatric patients. The role requires hands-on patient assessment, development, and implementation of treatment plans to aid in recovery and improve quality of life.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Certifications RequiRE: BLS, Alaska Physical Therapist License (or compact PT license).
- Education/Requisite Experience: Minimum of 0 years of experience required, with at least 1 year preferred.
- Additional Requirements: Candidates must be able to start on 10/26/2026 and finish by 01/25/2027.
- Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, creating and adjusting treatment plans, documenting progress with the electronic charting system Epic, and collaborating within an interdisciplinary team.
- Open to first-time travelers and those with prior inpatient rehabilitation experience.
- No specific float requirements noted.
- Must include response to whether they have previously worked at a Providence facility and provide two references covering at least 6 months within the last three years prior to start.
