Role Overview The Nuclear Medicine Technologist PRN performs MAMMO/NUCLEAR MEDICINE scanning exams, ensuring patient safety and adhering to safety protocols. They serve as the primary contact for patients and healthcare providers, demonstrating professional behavior and effective communication. Key Responsibilities Completes imaging assignments promptly and accurately. Identifies anatomical structures and ensures proper image labeling. Assess patient condition, utilizing restraints/support devices as needed. Performs contrast injections and PICC line procedures. Operates specialized lab and imaging equipment, including angiography and vascular procedures. Demonstrates competency in sterile technique, patient education, and medication administration. Maintains knowledge of intracranial angiography and radiation safety standards. Qualifications & Skills: Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days. ARRT-R certification; radiography (preferred) and ARRT-N credentials. Associate Degree; clinical experience preferred. Strong communication, professionalism, and technical competency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
