Role Description The Transaction Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasadena, CA, responsible for supporting commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing. This role manages transaction timelines, organizes documentation, and coordinates with clients, brokers, lenders, escrow officers, and other third parties to ensure all requirements are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking key dates, preparing and reviewing transaction files, facilitating signatures, monitoring escrow and due diligence items, and proactively resolving administrative issues. The Transaction Coordinator also maintains accurate records in internal systems, prepares status reports, and communicates updates to stakeholders. This position requires consistent on-site collaboration with the Arbor team and professional interaction with clients and partners. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Transaction Coordination and Transaction Management skills to handle multiple deals, timelines, and documentation efficiently. Candidates should possess knowledge of Escrow processes and related closing procedures in commercial real estate transactions. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Candidates should possess strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills to manage complex, deadline-driven workflows. Experience in commercial real estate, lending, title, or escrow environments is highly beneficial. Proficiency with MS Office and transaction management or CRM software is preferred. Ability to work on-site in Pasadena, CA and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
