Office Administrator

We are hiring for a client seeking a dependable and professional Office Administrator to support daily office operations. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, filing paperwork, maintaining records, data entry, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional phone etiquette
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
Strong organizational and filing skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Dependable and punctual
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Cash handling and bilingual skills are a plus

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift
