This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide care from a comfortable environment while actively contributing to our community health initiatives. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed to accommodate patient schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Strong understanding of geriatric mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Ability to establish rapport with elderly clients and families, demonstrating empathy, patience, and effective communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, reflecting your skills and experience.
