- Experience in shipping and receiving operations
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Food industry experience is a plus
- Knowledge of purchase orders (POs) and bills of lading (BOLs)
- Experience with cycle counting and inventory control
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Receive daily incoming shipments and verify accuracy against POs and BOLs
- Verify picked orders and loaded shipments for accuracy
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
- Receive and process donated products delivered to the warehouse
- Maintain accurate receiving and inventory records
- Communicate discrepancies and inventory issues to management
- Utilize Excel and Word for documentation and reporting
- Follow warehouse safety and operational procedures
- Assist with general warehouse support activities as needed
- Weekly pay that shows up on time.
