Senior Estimator

What you'll do

• Review plans, perform takeoffs, and build accurate cost models
• Price labor, equipment, subs, and materials
• Build complete proposals and bid packages
• Attend prebid meetings and site walks
• Lead estimate handoff and keep communication tight
• Maintain and improve estimating tools and cost history

What you bring

• 5 plus years estimating heavy civil work
• Strong knowledge of utilities, concrete, asphalt, earthwork
• Experience with HeavyBid, OST, or similar tools
