We are currently seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to support the installation, modification, and repair of a wide range of plumbing systems in commercial and industrial environments.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, modify, and repair utility, supply, and disposal systemsWork with systems including:Sewage, water, gas, and oil linesCompressed air, vacuum, and acid systemsFixtures and equipment such as water closets, water heaters, hydrants, valves, and pumpsRead and interpret blueprints to layout plumbing systems for underground rough-in and top-out phasesInstall DWV (Drain, Waste, Vent), domestic water piping (hot and cold), and acid waste systemsInstall natural gas and medical gas systems (vacuum, O?, medical air, nitrogen)Set plumbing fixtures for commercial buildings and healthcare facilitiesPerform soldering, brazing, threading of steel pipe, and use of Pro PressConduct pressure testing and leak detection proceduresCut openings in structures using hand and power toolsInstall underground storm, sanitary, and water piping systemsQualificationsMinimum 4 years of experience in commercial plumbingCompletion of a recognized plumbing apprenticeship programValid state plumbing license or eligibility to sit for the Texas examPrior experience in HVAC/mechanical systems in a commercial settingAbility to read and interpret blueprints and plumbing codesStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesIndustrial experience is a plusMust have a valid driver's licenseBenefitsPaid vacation and holidaysMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchLife and disability insuranceCareer advancement and training opportunitiesEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
