It's no wonder our business and our team are growing.The Plumber Apprentice works under the guidance of licensed plumbers to learn and assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial buildings. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals interested in developing a career in commercial plumbing.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the installation and repair of piping systems, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems in commercial propertiesHelp lay out and measure pipe runs and read blueprints or technical drawingsSupport the team in locating and diagnosing plumbing issuesMaintain a clean and organized work area, both on-site and in storage areasTransport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sitesObserve all safety protocols and procedures, including proper use of PPELearn to use plumbing tools and equipment correctly and efficientlyAttend training sessions and complete any required apprenticeship courseworkQualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredEnrolled or willing to enroll in a certified plumbing apprenticeship programBasic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn plumbing skillsAbility to lift heavy equipment and work in various positions (climbing, kneeling, etc.)Strong work ethic and attention to detailValid driver's license and reliable transportation preferredAbility to follow verbal and written instructions*OSHA-10 certification is required.
