The Texas Counseling Association (TCA) is seeking an energetic, strategic Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing and communications efforts and help advance the counseling profession across Texas. Reporting to the CEO, you'll lead the strategy, development, and execution of TCA's marketing, communications, and brand initiatives. From digital campaigns and conference promotions to website management and member communications, you'll strengthen our brand, expand our reach, and deepen our engagement with professional counselors acxross Texas. Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership Develop and execute integrated marketing sgtrategies that support membership growth, conferences, professional education, advocacy, and organizational initiatives Create annual marketing plans, monthly campaign calendars, and integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels Champion and protect the TCA Brand, ensuring consistency across all communications and platforms Identify innovative opportunities to increase awareness, engagement, and member value Partner with staff on membership recruitment, retention, renewal, and engagement campaigns Communications & Digital Marketing Lead TCA's communications strategy across digital, print, email, web, and social media platforms Manage and continually enhance the TCA website and digital presence Produce monthly newsletters, advocacy alerts, promotional campaigns, and member communications Create compelling marketing content, including copywriting, graphics, videos, digital assets, and promotional materials Develop and execute marketing campaigns that increase participation in conferences, educational programs, and organizational initiatives Serve as TCA's internal marketing resources for staff, volunteer leaders, chapters, and divisions Conferences & Events Lead marketing strategy for TCA's conferences, leadership programs, and educational events Collaborate with volunteer leaders to develop conference branding, themes, and promotional materials Partner with staff to maximize attendance, sponsorship visibility, and attendee engagement Project & Vendor Management Manage relationships with marketing vendors, designers, web developers, printers, and technology partners Oversee multiple marketing projects from concept through completion Coordinate timelines, priorities, and deliverables while maintaining exceptional quality Support organization-wide initiatives and special projects Analytics & Operations Ensure all marketing efforts align with organizational goals and deliver measurable results Monitor and report marketing performance, including website traffic, email engagement, social media analytics, digital advertising, and campaign results Use data and analytics to improve marketing effectiveness and member engagement Partner with the CEO and VP of Operations to develop the annual marketing budget Establish marketing metrics, standard operating procedures, and efficient workflows Foster collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement across all departments We are looking for a creative storyteller, strategic thinker, and organized project manager who enjoys collaborating with others, producing high-quality work and has: 3+years of professional marketing and communciation experience, preferably with an association, nonprofit organization, or mission driven company Experience with HIgher Logic or similar systems Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and marketing performance metrics Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suites or similar creative software Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Demonstrated experience developing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills Strong graphic design and visual communication skills Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging digital content Experience working with association management systems (AMS), CRM databases, or membership management platforms Outstanding organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines A valid Texas driver's license; is eligible to work in the U.S.; and ability to travel occasionally throughout Texas #J-18808-Ljbffr
