Senior Assistant Store Manager – Spencer's Hourly rate ranges from $17.73 to $17.98 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience. Work up to 38 hours per week in Portage, MI. Support the Store Manager in overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum age 18. Physical demands: over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience required. Availability for up to 38 hours per week.
