Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health needs, formulating and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client goals.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, including updates to diagnoses and treatment plans, in accordance with company policy and state regulations.

• Deliver high-quality customer service, fostering strong relationships with clients and their support systems while promoting a collaborative team environment.

• Employ innovative and creative interventions to engage clients effectively, helping them to reach and exceed their therapeutic objectives.

• Collaborate with case managers, families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate services, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support tailored to their needs.

• Actively participate in clinical staff meetings and training to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices within the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
