Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy to clients, adapting therapeutic techniques to suit various age groups and needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely records of all client interactions, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Manage scheduling for ongoing appointments, ensuring an organized calendar that meets client availability and institutional schedules.

• Utilize our billing service for claims management, client accounts receivable, and eligibility checks, allowing you to focus primarily on therapeutic responsibilities.

• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, enhance therapeutic skills, and address a spectrum of clinical presentations.

The primary client focus will be on students facing various challenges, including emotional and behavioral issues, family stressors, and social difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LCSW license to practice independently within the state of Virginia.
