At Eden Nursing & Rehabilitation Center (formally known as Platinum Ridge), we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our patients and residents. As a key member of our administration team, the Business Office Manager (BOM) plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business functions.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business office, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and budgeting
Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and financial performance
Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement
Collaborate with the administrative team to develop and implement business strategies
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA and other healthcare-related regulations

Requirements:

Previous long term care experience
Previous experience with insurance/payors
Knowledge of medical assistance
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
