As a key member of our administration team, the Business Office Manager (BOM) plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business functions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business office, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and budgeting

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and financial performance

• Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement

• Collaborate with the administrative team to develop and implement business strategies

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA and other healthcare-related regulations

Requirements:

• Previous long term care experience

• Previous experience with insurance/payors

• Knowledge of medical assistance

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
