Job Summary Provides consultation and evaluation of new business opportunities and the development and implementation of strategy/planning initiatives. Primary Responsibilities Provides guidance and support in development of strategic plans and integration of the plan into the operational and budgeting cycles. Researches, organizes, and compiles information for review. Identifies program opportunities, develops strategies, prepares support documentation, and presents findings. Provides guidance and assistance with the implementation of strategic planning and development processes. Prepares and makes presentations of findings and recommendations to management and staff. Collects data and prepares reports on services, activities and community benefits for senior management. Serves as a resource for other team members. Performs other duties as assigned. Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience or education Experience Five years' experience Physical Requirements Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements. Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors. Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc. Frequent keyboard use/data entry. Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping. Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs. Rare climbing.
