Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Provide therapeutic services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities.

• Offer crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, ensuring timely and appropriate support.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements, including progress notes and treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver holistic care that addresses all aspects of clients’ well-being.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their needs and rights throughout the therapeutic process.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training and workshops, to stay informed of best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current license as a Mental Health Therapist in California, such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working in outpatient settings or with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or trauma survivors is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
