Customer Success Consultant

Driving complex insurance technology initiatives, the full-time Customer Success & Delivery Consultant will lead business analysis strategies, establish requirements governance, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Lead business analysis strategy and facilitate workshops to develop scalable, best-practice solutions for large-scale transformation programs Own end-to-end delivery of complex implementations, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless execution Act as a subject matter expert in insurance domains, guiding solution design and mentoring team members on analysis best practices Required qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or technology implementation within the insurance industry Proven experience leading complex system implementations and engaging senior stakeholders CPCU, AIC, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar insurance or analysis credential preferred Expert-level business analysis skills with a deep understanding of insurance operations and automated system workflows
