Neighborhood Construction Manager

Coastal Division, 4330 Southport Supply Road, Southport, North Carolina, United States of America Job Description The Neighborhood Construction Manager (NCM) is responsible for managing the entire construction process from start to finish, serving as the on-site leader for the assigned neighborhood. The NCM oversees quality control, schedules trade partners and installations, ensures site safety, and coordinates with homebuyers and homeowners. The role involves ordering materials, reviewing construction selections, and liaising with sales, purchasing, and construction teams. Responsibility Highlights Manage day‑to‑day operations and scheduling of trade and inspection partners. Maintain quality standards and coordinate delivery of homes on time. Order and confirm building materials and selections. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including homebuyers, trade partners, and local government. Technical Tools Used Daily DXC Homebuilder One (HB1) Microsoft Office Suite SharePoint Qualifications Must Haves: Proficient in reading blueprints and site plans. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Customer‑service oriented experience. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
