MEDICAL ASSEMBLER

Shift Options

1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM-1:30 PM $18

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 1:30 PM-10:00 PM $18.80

Overtime on Saturdays is common

What You'll Do

• Work under a microscope for assembly and inspections
• Use tweezers and small hand tools to handle very small parts
• Follow detailed work instructions and procedures
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Complete production documentation
• Work in a clean room environment

Work Environment

• Clean, temperature-controlled facility
• Lab coat, gloves, hair cover, and safety glasses provided
• Seated work for most of the shift
• Clean room environment
• Small company atmosphere with about 50 employees per shift
• Many employees have been with the company for 15+ years

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arden Hills, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.80 - $18.80/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
