Cleanroom Medical Device Assembler (Catheter Assembly) | 2nd Shift

Monday-Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30PM AND 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM | 3-Day Weekends Every Week

3-day weekends every week (Monday-Thursday schedule)

Hands-on role supporting prototype and next-generation catheter development

• Build complex catheter assemblies and subassemblies from start to finish
• Perform precision assembly and inspection using microscopes and small hand tools
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and manufacturing documentation
• Conduct quality inspections and maintain detailed production records
• Package finished products and support new product development projects
• Collaborate with technicians and engineering teams in a highly regulated cleanroom environment

• 3+ years of catheter assembly experience within the medical device industry
• Experience completing full catheter builds in a cleanroom setting
• Strong microscope assembly and inspection skills
• Excellent hand dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to follow technical drawings, work instructions, and documentation requirements
• High School Diploma or GED

• Catheter or guidewire assembly
• Medical device manufacturing
• Cleanroom environments
• QMS and ERP documentation systems
• Precision assembly of miniature components

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
