Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices, tailoring treatment plans to address the individual needs and goals of each client.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based interventions to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and best practices for record-keeping.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists, to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss challenging cases and enhance therapeutic strategies.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to foster informed decision-making and support systems.

The client population at Simply Being Care encompasses a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Our diverse clients come from various backgrounds and age groups, requiring a nuanced and culturally competent approach. Qualifications\n

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-oriented psychotherapy techniques alongside strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Exhibit critical thinking and problem-solving abilities necessary for navigating complex client situations.
