GTM Operations Analyst

You'll join an elite team from Meta, AWS Bedrock, Citadel Securities, McKinsey, BCG, Stanford, and more. The Role. You keep the go-to-market engine running and honest. You own the systems, data, and reporting behind sales and marketing, so the team always knows what's working, what's stuck, and where the next dollar comes from. This is a high-leverage seat for someone early in their career who wants real ownership fast. What You'll Do. Own the CRM and GTM tooling: keep the data clean, the pipeline accurate, and the reporting trustworthy Build the dashboards and analysis that show how the funnel is actually performing Support forecasting, pipeline reviews, and the operating cadence of the GTM team Find and fix the friction in our sales and marketing process, and automate what repeats Turn messy data into clear answers for the founders and the GTM team What We're Looking For. 1-3 years in revenue, sales, or marketing operations, analytics, or a similarly analytical role Strong with data and tools: fluent in spreadsheets, SQL a plus, CRM experience (Attio, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Sharp attention to detail and a low tolerance for bad data Proactive and organized: you spot the problem before you're asked Comfort in a fast-moving, build-it-yourself environment Nice to Have. Experience with GTM automation and tooling Early-stage startup experience A real interest in AI and where it changes go-to-market What We Offer.
