Revenue Operations Analyst

Senior Revenue Operations AnalystOur team is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to support revenue growth and operational scale. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing leadership to drive strategy, improve forecasting, optimize processes, and deliver actionable insights through data.Key ResponsibilitiesLead sales planning processes including quota, target, and territory planningBuild and standardize reporting, dashboards, and forecasting to support decision-makingAnalyze performance metrics, customer behavior, spend, and churn to drive revenue growthImprove scalability through automation, systems, and process optimizationCollaborate cross-functionally to align revenue strategy and executionQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or StrategyExperience partnering directly with sales leadershipStrong analytical skills, and data visualization toolsProven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsPreferred: Experience with HubSpot CRM Finance Solutions LLC
