Job Overview Under the direction of the Warden, a Supervisor I is responsible for providing guidance and expertise to management and supervisors in areas involving staff misconduct allegations, employee performance, and administration of the department’s disciplinary process. Working Conditions & Location The position is located at California State Prison – Los Angeles County in Lancaster, CA, approximately 45 minutes north of Valencia and 75 miles north of Downtown Los Angeles. This is an office‑based position requiring regular attendance Monday through Friday.
