The Catalyst Corporation is currently hiring motivated, outgoing individuals for an Entry-Level Customer Enrollment Representative position in the Oak Brook, IL area .

In this role, you'll work directly with customers in retail locations and promotional environments, helping individuals learn about available programs and services and assisting eligible customers through the enrollment process.

This is a face-to-face customer engagement and sales position offering full paid training, a gas stipend, uncapped performance-based bonuses, ongoing mentorship, and advancement opportunities for individuals looking to build a long-term career in customer relations, sales, marketing, and leadership.

Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Oak Brook, IL office for training, meetings, and daily team operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers in retail and promotional environments

• Educate customers on available programs, services, promotions, and benefits

• Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information

• Assist eligible customers throughout the enrollment process

• Build positive customer relationships through professional face-to-face interactions

• Maintain accurate information regarding customer interactions and enrollments

• Contribute to individual and team sales and performance goals

• Represent The Catalyst Corporation and its client campaigns professionally

• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
