What You'll DoAs Administrator, you're the operational and strategic leader of your hospice location - accountable for everything from regulatory compliance to staff development to financial performance. Apply todayWhat You BringBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; Master's preferredSignificant leadership experience in hospice, home health, or a related healthcare settingStrong command of healthcare compliance, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standardsProven ability to manage budgets, drive operational performance, and lead diverse teamsA leadership style that balances accountability with genuine care for staff and patientsExcellent communication and conflict resolution skillsUnderstands hospice care and the services provided to patient and family/caregiver through an interdisciplinary group. Intimate knowledge of Medicare Hospice Certification
