About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead one of its senior living communities. The successful candidate will be the senior leader of the community, with a primary focus on strategic oversight, daily operations, and long-term performance. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving the achievement of financial and operational goals. The Executive Director will be responsible for the community's profit and loss, marketing, sales, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. They will also lead and develop department heads and staff, foster a culture of accountability and engagement, and represent the community externally to enhance its reputation. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company's senior living community should have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and a minimum of 2-3 years of management experience, with a strong preference for those with senior living experience. The role requires applicable state licensure, and CPR or BLS certification is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting functions, proficiency in digital tools, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding budgets and performance goals. Essential qualifications include the ability to make business decisions in line with the company's mission and values, and a commitment to servant leadership. The Executive Director will also be responsible for recruitment, hiring, and employee development, and must stay current on industry best practices and training initiatives.
