Title: Senior Graphic Designer Company: Agency Type: temp to perm Location: Brooklyn, NY Onsite: 5 days/week Salary: $95-115k We are looking for out of the box thinkers who can create viral campaigns! About the role: In this hands-on role, you will develop brand identities, campaigns, digital experiences, e-commerce assets, packaging, print materials, and other touchpoints that bring visual identities to life. The ideal candidate has exceptional typography, layout, branding, and digital design skills. You can take a project from an early concept through a complete visual system, then execute that system consistently across a wide range of applications. What You’ll Do Develop brand identities and visual systems from concept through final execution. Design for branding, campaigns, digital, e-commerce, web, social media, packaging, print, and physical applications. Translate creative concepts into cohesive visual systems that work across multiple touchpoints. Create identity systems, typography, layouts, color palettes, image treatments, graphic languages, guidelines, and brand toolkits. Design web and e-commerce experiences with strong attention to hierarchy, storytelling, usability, and digital brand expression. Create landing pages, product pages, campaign pages, email designs, digital assets, and other e-commerce materials. Develop mood boards, concepts, presentations, and creative decks that clearly communicate design direction. Collaborate with creative leadership while independently owning and executing projects at a senior level. Move between larger identity projects and fast-paced creative requests while maintaining quality and consistency. Bring fresh references, visual ideas, and creative perspectives to help evolve the work. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally within a design studio, branding agency, creative agency, or culturally driven brand environment. An exceptional portfolio demonstrating senior-level branding, typography, layout, and digital design work. Experience creating complete brand identities and visual systems, not only working within existing guidelines. Strong web and e-commerce design experience, clearly represented in your portfolio. Expert understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, color, imagery, and art direction. Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma, with working knowledge of InDesign. The ability to take projects from initial concept through visual identity, full system development, and final execution. Comfort designing across varied aesthetics, audiences, and brand styles. Strong understanding of responsive digital design across desktop and mobile experiences. Experience collaborating with developers and an understanding of how designs translate from Figma into finished digital products. Strong communication, presentation, time-management, and organizational skills. The ability to work efficiently, respond thoughtfully to feedback, and iterate when needed. A genuine passion for design, culture, and the details that make creative work stand out.
