Quality Control Account Manager/Proposal Integrator Staff- Level 4

Description: As a Control Account Manager (CAM) and Contract and Proposal Integrator (CPI), you will play a vital role in managing the financial, schedule and technical performance of a major program, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of our products and services. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including program management, proposal, finance, and quality to drive program success and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Earned Value Management: Oversee compliance and implementation of EVM principles, managing cost, schedule, and technical scope.
- Proposal estimating of Quality and Mission Success (Q&MS) scope of task
- Performance Analysis: Conduct cost and schedule variance analysis, work with Q&MS leadership to define root causes and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
- Leadership Reporting: Prepare comprehensive budget, performance, and staffing presentations and performance reports for leadership reviews
- Task Management: Establish and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production task schedules for the assigned build areas.
- Budget and Staffing Oversight: Manage overhead expenditures, develop staffing plans, and ensure budget alignment with organizational needs
- Schedule Optimization: Maintain SWBS Station Forecast - - Starts/Completes in SAP and IMS and mitigate schedule impacts through Critical Path analysis.

Basic Qualifications:
- Certification as a Control Account Manager (CAM) with PPM-101, or equivalent with prior CAM responsibilities


- Experience with production processes associated with development, implementation and/or management of cost per industry and regulatory requirements such as, but not limited to, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)

- Experience analyzing cost, schedule, &/or technical data

- Experience summarizing and presenting data to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and/or compelling format

- Experience leading, working, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Desired Skills:
- Hands-on familiarity with LM Aero Earned Value (EV) metrics, reports, processes, and data structures

- Advanced knowledge of Aerospace Earned Value Management (EVMS) processes and procedures with specific application to LM Aeronautics products

- Familiarity with Lockheed Martin estimating process and systems, such as APTS

- Ability to quickly learn, assimilate, adapt to, and successfully execute constantly changing direction from leadership

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $109,200 - $189,290.
