This hybrid role is designed for a strategic, results-driven leader who wants to transform a robust department into a powerhouse of bankruptcy expertise. What You’ll Do: Practice Leadership: Drive the strategic growth and development of the bankruptcy department firm‑wide. Caseload Management: Independently manage and litigate a high‑volume caseload of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases from inception to conclusion. Client Advocacy: Conduct thorough client intakes, assess complex financial situations, and maintain compassionate, empathetic client communication. Court & Creditor Representation: Proficiently represent clients at 341 meetings and handle bankruptcy adversary proceedings (litigation and settlement negotiations). Team Collaboration: Manage and lead a dedicated team of bankruptcy professionals and paralegals.
