Manufacturing Specialist

job summary:
Manufacturing Specialist needed for immediate long term temp to direct opportunity in the Windsor area of CT. Recent growth has awarded this opportunity for the right person to join our dedicated team. In this role you will work with staff performing a variety of duties for a state of the art precision electron beam equipment company servicing the aerospace industry among many others.

The right person for this role will have a passion for growing their career, a hunger for technical learning and the proven desire to get the job done right. In this role you will become a key player in assisting manufacturing operation as well as documentation and administrative tasks.

responsibilities:

• Assist with manufacturing operations

• Field client calls and coordinate field action tasks

• Equipment set up based on customer requirements

• Read blueprints, operating, and procedure manuals

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years related experience with proven work history

• Proven ability to learn and perform technical skills

• Proven customer service experience with the ablity to lead

• Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues

• Computer skills, with proficiency in MS, Word, Outlook, and Excel
