Production Control Coordinator

Role Description The Production Control Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in Southington, CT. This position is responsible for organizing and maintaining production schedules, coordinating workflow between departments, and ensuring that orders are completed on time. Day-to-day tasks include updating daily production plans, communicating changes or priorities to team leaders, operators, and customers, and providing customer support at the highest level. The coordinator will review production data for accuracy, adjust schedule as needed, work to reduce back logs and overall lead time, and ensure delivery dates are being met. Collaboration with the manufacturing teams and customers is essential to keeping operations running efficiently and safely. Qualifications Production planning skills, including experience with Production Schedules and Production Planning. Inventory management skills, including Inventory Control and tracking of materials and finished goods. Strong Communication skills for coordinating with internal team and customers. Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred. Ability to interpret work orders, technical documentation, and basic production metrics. Proficiency with office and production software (e.g., spreadsheets, ERP or MRP systems) is beneficial. JobBoss2 experience would be very beneficial. Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or vocational training in manufacturing or operations is a plus, especially in blue print reading. #J-18808-Ljbffr
