Job Description Job Description Paralegal Wanted We’re a growing Personal Injury law firm looking for a Paralegal to assist our litigation department. We need this employee to file documents with the various courts, monitor & maintain assigned attorney’s litigation schedule and calendar, coordinate discovery answers with clients, draft discovery responses, update clients on a continual basis, correspond with opposing counsel regarding deposition and mediation dates, produce/create deposition notebooks and trial materials and maintain discovery production logs. We prefer candidates who have a background in personal injury law but will train the right, motivated candidate.
