Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal

Location: Houston, TX (In-Office)

Our boutique Houston law firm client is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal with minimum 1–2+ years of litigation experience to support attorneys in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct administrative and litigation support to two partners
• Draft, revise, and file pleadings and discovery
• Manage deadlines and maintain case calendars
• Assist with trial preparation and hearings
• Coordinate filings with local, state, and federal courts
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Qualifications:

• 1–2+ years of litigation legal assistant and/or paralegal experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with court filing procedures
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Compensation:

• $55–$75k, depending on experience
