Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal

Location: Houston, TX (In-Office)

Our boutique Houston law firm client is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal with minimum 1–2+ years of litigation experience to support attorneys in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct administrative and litigation support to two partners
Draft, revise, and file pleadings and discovery
Manage deadlines and maintain case calendars
Assist with trial preparation and hearings
Coordinate filings with local, state, and federal courts
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Qualifications:

1–2+ years of litigation legal assistant and/or paralegal experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Familiarity with court filing procedures
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Compensation:

$55–$75k, depending on experience
