Clinic Director

Job Profile:

  • Do you have experience maintaining operations of a clinical environment as well as implementing strategically planned improvements?
  • Have you built a collaborative clinic using your team’s strengths to enhance the clinic’s operations?
  • Have you nurtured a culture where your staff and patients feel safe and included?
  • Do you have experience coming into a working operation and manage the staffing effectively, utilizing your existing team and hiring appropriate staff?
  • Are you experienced in balancing your work for a clinic and supporting community programs?
  • Are you bilingual in English and Spanish?
What You Get to Do:
  • You will hire and manage all non-provider staff such as Front Desk, Nurses, Medical Assistants and Office Managers for example.
  • You will oversee the operational workflows of the clinic to include accountability for clinical quality metrics, patient satisfaction and operational metrics that support the budget.
  • You will promote our culture and clinical services that are best suited for the populations we serve to provide care to our patients in an integrated team model.
  • You get to build relationships across teams to support your team’s professional development.
  • You will analyze the quality and metrics of operations for stability and improvements.
Compensation : Approximately $93,200 - $113,000 annually. All individual pay rates are calculated based on the candidate's experience and internal equity.
