Overview
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the full scope of human resources functions at A-TEC Ambulance, Inc., including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, maintaining employee records & benefits administration. This role ensures workforce readiness and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced EMS environment while promoting a positive and professional workplace culture for current and future employees.
Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience required
Experience in healthcare, EMS, or public safety environment strongly preferred
Experience with multi-site or shift-based workforce preferred
