Onsite HR Generalist — Payroll, Compliance & Talent

Buckhead Meat Midwest Inc.-Illinois Division in Hampshire, IL, is seeking an HR Generalist to support HRBP and implement local initiatives. You will help with performance management, talent management, and total rewards while ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Responsibilities include onboarding, unemployment claims, leave administration, OSHA reporting, personnel file maintenance, and payroll-related tasks.
