Solutions Service Specialist 

Pay: $22.00/hr + Mileage Reimbursement 
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 
What's the Job? 

• Travel between customer locations throughout the Raleigh/Durham area supporting inventory management programs. 

• Receive, unpack, stock, replenish, scan, and organize products in MSC-managed inventory locations

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock levels. 

• Perform product put-away and process inventory transactions using mobile applications and company software. 

• Build strong customer relationships and provide outstanding customer service. 

• Communicate with customers, sales teams, and solution teams to resolve issues and support retention efforts. 

 

What's Needed? 
✔ Customer service, inventory, warehouse, storeroom, route service, retail, or merchandising experience 
✔ Maintenance, repair, or mechanical experience is a plus 
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
✔ Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, scanners, and technology platforms 
✔ Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities 
✔ Experience working independently and managing multiple customer locations 
✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
