Assistant Superintendent

Assist with on?site execution for large education and civic projects. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and daily field activities. Support quality, safety, and site logistics alongside senior field leadership. Work within joint?venture and standalone project teams.

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have: 1-3 years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Field Engineer. Education project experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to work within large, structured project teams. High?potential individual motivated by growth and responsibility.

Base salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (Exceptional candidates may be considered above range). Health insurance: company pays ~75-80%. Dental and vision paid by employee. Discretionary bonus (typically ~10%). Vehicle allowance. 401(k) eligibility after one year. PTO: 2 weeks PTO (negotiable), 1 week sick time, 9 holidays, 2 personal days.
