Maintenance Lead

Role Requirements & Experience

• Targeting 5–7 years of maintenance experiencewithin food manufacturing.
• Familiarity with packaging machineryis important.
• Encapsulation experience is not requiredand can be taught.
• 2+ years of leadership and training experience(team size of 3+).
• Strong ability to perform root cause analysisand problem-solve mechanical breakdowns, not just repair symptoms.

Cultural & Communication Expectations

• Ability to work effectively with a diverse workforceand navigate adversity constructively.
• Strong mechanical aptitudepaired with high communication awareness.
• Able to communicate clearly across all levels—from Operators to Senior Leadership.
• Demonstrated team orientationwith the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally (Quality, EHS, Operations, etc.).
