About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health position in Albuquerque, NM. This role involves providing high-quality, one-on-one patient care in the comfort of patients’ homes. The ideal candidate is skilled in clinical assessments, patient education, and independent care delivery, with a passion for making a direct impact on patients’ lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Deliver wound care and monitor healing progress
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans
Requirements
- Active New Mexico RN license or Compact RN license
- AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior) certification
- Minimum experience in home health or related clinical setting
