We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Low Voltage Operations Assistant to support our office and warehouse operations . This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the low-voltage, construction, or operations field. Training will be provided. This position plays a key role in helping keep projects organized, materials prepared, and communication flowing between the office, warehouse, and field teams. Key Responsibilities
Office Support
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation system troubleshooting for customers
- Help support project coordination and job tracking.
- Communicate with internal teams as needed
- Assist with general office organization.
- Help organize, stage, and prepare materials for field projects.
- Assist with receiving and tracking inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Support loading and unloading of materials as needed.
- Provide general support to operations, office, and warehouse teams.
- Follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior experience required; construction, warehouse, or office exposure is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets).
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Hands-on training and mentorship.
