Head of Customer Experience — Build & Scale CX

Ever in San Francisco or Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Experience to build and lead the CX function from the ground up. You will own the customer relationship across the journey, stand up the ticketing system, and shape how Ever treats its customers. You will hire and lead a CX team and partner with Sales, Finance, Reconditioning, and Delivery to ensure seamless, proactive service.
