Job Title: PT Repack Specialist


Reports To: Warehouse Director

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt


Classification: Part-time


Job Summary: The Repack Specialist will have a wide range of responsibilities from documenting products in the network to managing code dates of the product in the repack system to repacking damaged products and product casing.


Average Work Week: 20-30 hours

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Follows directions accurately, consistently, and safely.
• Correctly identifying and receiving cases of product into inventory locations, using various warehouse equipment.
• Repacking all damaged products.
• Managing code dates of all products in Repack Room.
• Building Repack Care Kits for Sales and Delivery Teams.
• Ensuring the Repack Workstation is always clean.
• Managing all Repack Materials.
• Documenting all items damaged or repacked.
• Returning all repacked items to the Warehouse Pick Floor.
• Ordering Repack material from suppliers.
• Repacking bottles of product into special packages for special promotional programs.
• Cooperate with supervisors and peers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Monday through Friday.
• Start and end times are subject to change and determined by workload.
• Punctual and dependable.

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Walking, standing, pushing, pulling, and lifting, frequently.
