The Town of Middleburg, Virginia, is seeking a part-time Utility Billing Specialist to support the town's utility billing process. Responsibilities include bi-monthly billing, addressing customer issues, taking payments, and establishing new accounts while providing support to the Finance Team. Requires an associate’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration and a minimum of two years’ experience in a related role. Benefits include health insurance and paid leave.
