What You’ll Do The Power Apps Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing out-of-the box and custom functionality within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, leveraging tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms, Teams and other Microsoft 365 services. Key Responsibilities Provide technical expertise to develop, support, enhance, troubleshoot, and maintain the applications within Microsoft Power Platform. Administer the environments and ensure they are compliant with good practices and standards. Develop various automated forms, workflows, and specialized WebParts, including Power Apps and Power Automate. Deliver training for end users in classroom and/or field environment. Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, and repair components and service applications. Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform trends and developments. Definition and implementation of interfaces between Power Platform solutions and other systems. Perform other duties as assigned. Role Qualifications Attention to detail, thorough and meticulous. A strong understanding of Power Platform, out-of-the-Box functionality and the ability to follow Power Platform good practices is vital. Ability to work under pressure within tight timeframes and deadlines. Projects enthusiasm and motivation and a desire to learn. Knowledge of one or more development languages or tools from the following list: (JSON, AL, .Net, XML, SSRS). Working knowledge of SQL and understanding of how to administer SQL to support Power Platform is a big plus. Ability to develop custom web applications using the standard tools. Demonstrated knowledge of current and emerging Power Platformfeatures. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience required Five (5)+ years of hands‑on experience in Power Platform development, including related security and permission settings preferred Two (2)+ years of hands‑on experience in the following: Power Apps, Power Automate/Flow, Forms, and Microsoft Teams preferred. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Ability to safely and successfully perform the principal job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards. Must be able to periodically lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Must possess auditory and visual acuity.
